Today your Grandma Rosina reveals the recipe for almond biscuits 👵🏻

  • One kilo of almond flour
  • 10 egg whites
  • 800 grams of sugar.

Whip the eggs until stiff
Mix the almond flour with the sugar and add them to the eggs
mixing with a wooden spoon to form balls, sprinkle a little icing sugar, and decorate as desired.  Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or as needed
