La Sardella Crucolese unique in its craftsmanship like Patè is one of a kind. An ancient recipe handed down from father to son, gives life to a unique product with a spectacular flavour.

Made with Sardina Pilchardus, 12 cm in size according to law, coming from Sciacca in Sicily and seasoned with blue fish the Calabrese Chilli of Casabona  Certified with Insured Origin.

Sardella Crucolese is a long pasteurization product that guarantees safety and peace of mind 

• Raw materials: Products in salting: Sardines (Sardina Pilchardus) Spices: sweet and spicy chilli powder Aromas: wild fennel

  Sunflower Seed Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  Conservation: Once opened, add a drizzle of oil and store in the fridge.

• Ingrediants: Sardines, ground sweet pepper, ground hot pepper, chopped red onions, sunflower oil, salt. Preservatives: E300, E330, natural flavors. 

• Expiration: 2 years

• Processing steps: Sardines (sardina pilchardus) purchased in salt, of a size of no less than 12 cm, are seasoned for about 7 months. They are then extracted from the salt and macerated with genuine ingredients such as red pepper and flavored with wild fennel seeds. After a further period of 10 days, the product is packaged in glass jars to maintain its aromas and flavours.
