  The excellence and quality of  Astorino pasta products were the protagonists of a study financed by the Calabria region, entitled ALIFUR "development of new Functional FOODS for Rehabilitation", which saw the close collaboration between the U.O.C. of Clinical Nutrition of the "Magna Graecia" University of Catanzaro and Calabrian agri-food companies, such as the Crotone one.
