ARTISAN PANETTONE 1kg: without raisins, without candied citrus fruits, filled with original Bergamot of Reggio Calabria Cream.

• Panettone Prepared according to our traditional method packaged by hand, slow leavening, with mother yeast  renowned for its fragrance and delicate bergamot aroma.
• Natural without preservatives without coloring with cream with Bergamot
• Ingredients: Flour of wheat, sugar, butter, egg yolkegg fresh*, water, natural yeast (flour of wheat ,water),latte , emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavourings, salt.
  Filling: Bergamot cream 20%, sucrose, water, glucose syrup, refined vegetable fats (palm), egg yolkegg sugary, latte whole powder, ethyl alcohol. Gelling agent: pectin E440, flavourings, lemon juice, bergamot essence 0.1%.
