The Calabrian Artisanal Panettone with Hazelnut cream signed by the Cascina dal 1899 of Roccella Jonica is made following the classic Calabrian recipe,[_0127[_5_1]_2_2 ]handmade as it once was,  cannot be missing from your table!

• Prepared panettone according to our traditional method, slow leavening, with sourdough filled with hazelnut cream
• Natural without preservatives without coloring with Hazelnut cream
• 1kg ARTISAN PANETTONE: without raisins, without candied citrus fruits, filled with Hazelnut Cream.

• Ingredients: Flour of wheat,sugar,butter,yolk ofeggs[_0127_5_12] water*_0_0,fresh yeast natural ( wheat  , water), milk, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, glucose syrup, flavourings, salt.
  Filling: hazelnut 20%,glucose syrup (OMG free),sugar,water,skimmed milk,sunflower oil,pasta[ _0127_5_3]hazelnuts Piemonte I.G.P. 13%, egg yolk'eggs, flavourings, thickener: pectin 440ii Preservative: potassium sorbate 0.03%.
