Here's the recipe for my Cantucci ♥️

6 eggs

200 g of sugar

200ml of seed oil

125ml of milk

A little vanilla

A spoonful of cinnamon

400g of mixed fruit

Dried cherry to taste

200 g of chocolate drops

Broken almonds to taste

900 g of flour

8 g of baking powder.

Mix all the ingredients, add the flour with the yeast mixed in the flour, add the fruit and mix everything, form the loaves and bake at 180° for 20 or 25 minutes, cut them and put them back in the oven for a few minutes. Very good
