Return Policy

In case you receive a damaged package, make sure that the products inside are not.

In case they are (broken bottles, open food boxes), please take a photo and send it to digicalfoodsrl@gmail.com, we will evaluate the problem and if any damage were caused by us (or the couriers), we will send them back for free.

In the event of a missing product in the shipment, or a broken or expired product, please notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. In case of failure to notify, no complaints will be accepted after the indicated period.
