In case they are (broken bottles, open food boxes), please take a photo and send it to digicalfoodsrl@gmail.com , we will evaluate the problem and if the damages were caused by us ( or by couriers), we will send them back for free.
In the event of a missing product in the shipment, or a broken or expired product, please notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. In case of failure to notify, no complaints will be accepted after the indicated period.
