Facino olives are born from the most genuine olives and the best ingredients of the Mediterranean gastronomic tradition, following traditional recipes.
Smaller olives, dark green to dark purple in colour, and with a very tasty flavour. They are seasoned with chilli pepper, garlic and oregano and preserved in sunflower oil.
Inevitable in delicious aperitifs or as a simple but tasty appetizer. They are an excellent condiment in pasta or rice salads and to flavor meat or fish dishes.
As in the most ancient recipes of our grandmothers, the fleshiest green olives are pitted and seasoned with garlic, chilli pepper and fennel to give them the authentic taste of simplicity. Store in sunflower oil.
