KROTON IGP CALABRIA ROSE WINE

From the vineyards of the province of Crotone, the Calabrian grandmother produces her wine and named it referring to the ancient origins of her territory.

Kroton's fame was linked to the salubrity of the climate and the physical presence of its men. A proverb says "the last of the Crotoniates was first among the Greeks". Obtained from the white vinification of selected Gaglioppo grapes, at a controlled temperature not exceeding 16° in order to preserve aromas and fruitiness until bottling, thus the Kroton rosé wine is born. It is made from proprietary vineyards, located in the Cirò area in the heart of the homeland of Gaglioppo wine.

PERFUME: Fruity and floral with clear notes of berries.
FLAVOUR: presents an iintense and persistent bouquet
GASTRONOMY: It is the wine for aappetizers with a delicate taste, white meats and seafood.

PRODUCTION AREA: owned vineyards, located in the Cirò area (Cirò, Cirò Marina, Crucoli and Melissa) in the province of Crotone, in Calabria, in southern Italy.
SOIL: Medium texture, slightly alkaline, with a good presence of organic potassium residues, rich in autochthonous essence with an intense aroma.
