• The shipping cost for Italy is FREE with a minimum order of €69.99 
• Below the minimum amount, the cost for shipping is €7.99
• The shipping cost for all other European countries is €19.99 

After receiving the order (and payment has been confirmed), we prepare the shipment in 24h, to maintain a high standard of freshness we ship our products on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to avoid storage stops and prevent any deterioration of the goods, the shipment will be finalized in 48 / 72h on working days, with the exception of particular events beyond our control, such as strikes and overloads of deliveries due to particular events and/or periods of agreed shipments. We ship with GLS DHL POSTE DELIVERY BUSINESS.

in the event of communications from our shipping partner containing information reporting delays due to strikes and/or periods of shipment overload or events beyond the courier's control, the shipping days may extend up to 10 days work.

If an order is placed from Wednesday from 6 pm to Sunday, as we want to maintain *high standards of freshness* and if we ship on inappropriate days, it will remain in the Courier's warehouse and our Calabrian Grandma doesn't like this 😭. We ship everything fresh and rest assured it is worth the wait.

If you pay by bank transfer, your order will not be shipped until the payment has been received in our bank account.

When you place your order, leave an address where you are certain you are there at the time of delivery, otherwise the parcel it will be taken to a collection centre.

How do we ship the products?

Drinks

We ship wine, spirits and beers in cardboard boxes specially designed for bottle shipping. They are safe and used by all major carriers worldwide.

Food

Most of the products, especially cheeses and cured meats, are shipped vacuum packed.

Cool bags are the industry standard for shipping food worldwide.

The thermal bags will then be placed inside cardboard boxes and sealed.

In case of large orders, they will be shipped in several separate containers – it will of course be considered as 1 shipment even if there are several boxes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers in case of major events (strikes, holidays, bad weather, shipping peaks). We are responsible for packing the goods safely.
