Kroton Golden Ale beer 33cl
It has a golden yellow color due to a skilful mix of the three malts used (barley malt, oat flakes and wheat malt). The explosion of abundant, consistent and persistent white foam will surprise you. A delicate and unique aroma also due to the careful choice of the brewmaster in wanting to use two hops from the Hallertauer family (noble hops) for the composition of the recipe, thus creating a one-of-a-kind tasting experience.
Golden Ale is a very "drinkable" beer, perfect on its own, with pizza or for a fresh aperitif. Excellent in summer to quench your thirst. The bitter aftertaste, the 3 malts and the 2 hops will make you drink one after the other. Like any self-respecting craft, Kroton Golden Ale is unfiltered and unpasteurized.
During the production process, the Golden Ale is left in the fermenters for about 20 days after which it is bottled and left to "rest" at a controlled temperature in the fermentation rooms for at least another 15 days. A process that takes time but guarantees a good final quality of the product.
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, oat malt, wheat malt, hops and yeast. Top fermented craft beer. Refermented in the bottle without additives. The sediments at the bottom of the bottle are an indication of authenticity. It is recommended to serve it at 6-8 C°. Store it in a cool place. Alc 5.5% vol.
