Bomba Calabrese is a sauce based on spicy Calabrian chili pepper and vegetables such as mushrooms, dried tomatoes, aubergines, olives, carrots, peppers, turnips and artichokes, flavored with vinegar and spices, in sunflower seed oil.

A true explosion of flavor that lends itself well to the most varied uses in the kitchen. Its delicate spiciness makes it perfect on bruschetta and sandwiches, but also to accompany first and second courses, both fish and meat based.

All the spiciness and aroma of a classic preserve of Mediterranean cuisine, inevitable in every southern Italian dish.

The excellent quality, bright red and intense flavor will make you enjoy a true Calabrian specialty.

Ingredients: vegetables in variable proportions (chili pepper, mushrooms (pleurotus ostreatus, volvarea volvacea), dried tomatoes, aubergines, olives, carrots, peppers, turnips, artichokes), sunflower seed oil, salt, oregano, garlic, wine vinegar ( contain SULPHITES). Acidifier: E330, antioxidant: E300.
