Slow-dried artisanal pasta made from durum wheat semolina, flavoured with fennel.
Busiate are a tasty and fragrant first course, typical of tradition. The protagonist is a type of pasta with a characteristic spiral shape, prepared with great skill. The dough, made with only water and durum wheat semolina, is quickly rolled up to obtain a narrow and hollow fusilli in the center, more or less long, perfect for holding the different typical condiments of our land. A mix of intense and irresistible Mediterranean flavors, perfect for enhancing tastes and making any lunch absolutely unforgettable.
In this variant with fennel, it goes perfectly with fish-based sauces, such as cream of sardines, or it is also excellent with meat or vegetable sauces. Made with the best durum wheat, it maintains its cooking thanks to slow drying.
