Mushrooms Rositi are an excellence of our beautiful Calabrian sila. With a fleshy and unmistakable taste, the Calabrian rosito mushroom in extra virgin olive oil cannot be missing from your appetizer as a true connoisseur.

The Rosito Mushroom comes only from the uncontaminated high mountains and is preserved in oil strictly following the ancient recipes which preserve the unmistakable taste of this exquisite mushroom.
