The Crucolese Sardella, unique in its artisanal processing like a Patè, is one of a kind. An ancient recipe handed down from father to son gives life to a unique product with a spectacular flavour.

Over 60 years of history differentiate us from many other companies. We are in the 3rd Generation, first our grandparents, then our parents and now us. Over time we have improved many things, from the latest generation factory to packaging, to new commercial and marketing strategies. The only thing we will never change is our tradition , our recipe , our manual methods . Technologies are becoming well, but some steps are fundamental to deal with them as our grandparents have always done.

A classic combination, proposed in a new version, with the sweetness of the Tropea PGI onion which naturally combines with the strong taste of Sardellina, resulting in a versatile combination that the palate appreciates.

The Sardellina follows the typical Crucoli recipe, the fish is first salted and matured before being mixed with red chili pepper - strictly Calabrian - in sweet powder and a pinch of spicy, water, salt and wild fennel seeds. The creamy and spreadable consistency combined with the intense aroma makes this product unique and good.

Ingredients-Allergens

Ingredients: Spicy Sardellina Paté: Sardina Pilchardus, sweet chilli powder and
spicy, water, salt, wild fennel seeds. Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid;
Preservative: Potassium Sorbate. Red onion from Tropea PGI: Red onion from Tropea
Calabria, wine vinegar (contains traces of sulfur dioxide), coloring: E163, sugar, salt.
Acidity regulator: Citric Acid - Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid. Olive oil.

Fishing Method and Area: Trawl Nets - Fished in the Mediterranean Sea: FAO 37.1-37.2-37.3
