La Nonna Calabrese offers you an artisanal and traditional product made according to the principle of high quality and taste.
Pulled pork is a specialty prepared with parts of the pig with high connective tissue to ensure they remain very soft. The meat is first flavored with the "Rub", a mixture of spices and flavorings, and then cooked very slowly at a low temperature in a smokehouse. This process allows you to keep the meat very soft and juicy. It is then frayed with the tines of a fork until it obtains its characteristic appearance.
Consumption recommendations:
You can serve the pulled pork inside the classic soft hamburger bun, accompanied by the typical “Caleslaw” salad prepared with marinated white and purple cabbage, mustard and 'Nduja mayonnaise. Finally season everything with BBQ sauce.

In fact, I package them in isothermal bags sealed with ice lollies or with EPS (sintered expanded polystyrene) boxes , which keep the temperature constant for the entire time necessary for the delicacies to arrive from Calabria to your home.
The freshness of the products will not be affected in the slightest by the journey!
