Artisan sausage made as it once was Without preservatives and without dyes following the ancient Calabrian traditions.

Both in the sweet and spicy version. The pork shoulders and legs arrive whole, are sectioned and then minced. Characteristic of the sausage is the wild fennel which gives it a characteristic aroma.
