Shipping policy

We ship to the following countries:
Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Principality of Monaco, Portugal, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Great Britain, Spain, Serbia, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Sweden, Slovakia, Poland and Romania.

The shipping cost for Italy is FREE above 69.99€ –  
The shipping cost for all other European countries is 20€ – 

After receiving the order (and payment has been confirmed), we prepare the shipment within 24h and then hand it over to our couriers for delivery, which will be finalized in 48 / 72h on working days. We ship with SDA, GLS and DHL.

If an order is placed during the weekend (or during public holidays) or on a Thursday, the preparation and subsequent shipment will be carried out on the first available working day.

If you pay by bank transfer, your order will not be shipped until the payment has been received in our bank account.

When you place your order, leave an address where you are sure you will be at the time of delivery , otherwise the parcel will be taken to a collection centre.

How do we ship the products?


We ship wine, spirits and beers in cardboard boxes specially designed for bottle shipping. They are safe and used by all major carriers worldwide.


Most of the products, especially cheeses and cured meats, are shipped vacuum packed.

Cool bags are the industry standard for shipping food worldwide.

The thermal bags will then be placed inside cardboard boxes and sealed.

In case of large orders, they will be shipped in several separate containers – it will of course be considered as 1 shipment even if there are several boxes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers in case of major events (strikes, holidays, bad weather, shipping peaks). We are responsible for packing the goods safely.

Return Policy

In case you receive a damaged package, make sure that the products inside are not.

If they are (broken bottles, open food boxes), please take a photo and send it to, we will evaluate the problem and if the damages were caused by us (or the carriers), we will send them back for free.

In case of a missing product within the shipment, or a broken or expired product, please notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. In case of failure to notify, no complaints will be accepted after the indicated period.
