King Italo is the true founding father of Calabria. In 1350 BC it unified the region and began to leave profound traces in the culture of the Mediterranean. The first "syssitia" date back to that era: common meals in which the social, economic and political life of the court was woven together. King Italo managed to unify the territory with war, but also with peace, as already told by Aristotle. Such an evocative name had to be forcibly linked to typical products of Calabria. Just as King Italo unified the different souls of his people, Qual'Italy has linked clementines, oranges, cedars, lemons and bergamots.
To remember King Italo, this bitter was born which selects the aromas of an extraordinary land. Its microclimate and biodiversity offer us the fragrances captured in this elixir with a balanced taste and intense aromas.

Clementines: Sweet tones that soften the acidic nuances of cedar and lemon.
Oranges: Calabrian oranges selected to build the true soul of the Re Italo liqueur.
Cedar: Sour notes with more bitter drifts that give depth to the product.
Lemon: The acidic side of the liqueur, the citrus fruit par excellence of Southern Italy with oranges.
Bergamot: Acrid essence that gives sophisticated nuances to the liqueur.
