The Red Onion of Tropea Caramellata I.G.P is a natural Calabrian product for connoisseurs made with 70% Organic Red Onion

The recipe is typically Calabrian, used to accompany a typical aperitif or as a side dish for each dish, but also to be served with cold cuts and cheeses, perhaps a nice PDO pecorino.
