INGREDIENTS: Type 0 SOFT WHEAT flour, sugar, fructose, BUTTER, EGG yolk, natural sourdough powder (WHEAT), whole MILK powder, cinnamon, flavourings, salt, enzymes, honey, emulsifiers, ascorbic acid. Filled with WALNUTS, raisins, cinnamon, Calabrian orange flavour. ALMOND icing with chopped NUTS, granulated sugar and icing sugar.

In fact, I package them in isothermal bags sealed with ice lollies or with EPS (sintered expanded polystyrene) boxes , which keep the temperature constant for the entire time necessary for the delicacies to arrive from Calabria to your home.
