Pasta artigianale a lenta essiccazione di semola di grano duro, aromatizzata al limone.

Questa tipica pasta si abbina favorevolmente con i sughi e condimenti tipici.

Le busiate sono un primo piatto gustoso e fragrante, tipico della tradizione. Protagonista un formato di pasta dalla caratteristica forma a spirale, preparato con grande maestria. L’impasto, realizzato con sola acqua e semola di grano duro, viene rapidamente arrotolato così da ottenere un fusillo stretto e cavo al centro, più o meno lungo, perfetto per accogliere i diversi condimenti tipici della nostra terra. Un mix di sapori mediterranei intensi e irresistibili, perfetti per esaltare i gusti e rendere qualunque pranzo assolutamente indimenticabile.
