The Calabrian fugata Silana with extra virgin olive oil and selected mushrooms from Altra Montagna, with the addition of pure hot pepper is ideal for appetizers and bruschetta.

Directly from the high sila of Camigliatello (cs) our mushrooms are selected and processed by hand.

In this variant we add Calabrian hot pepper to give a touch of real Calabria to your appetizer.
