The Provola of the Historic Dairy Parrilla is made following an ancient historical dairy tradition for over 40 years! The Dairy was born as a workshop handing down the recipes for cheesemaking from father to son.

Thanks to the green and healthy pastures of the Calabrian Sila, the milk supplied by goats, sheep and cattle is of excellentquality.
