Both in the sweet and spicy version. Characteristic of the sausage is the wild fennel which gives it a characteristic aroma.

From the Calabrian tradition, the fresh sausage is distinguished by the intense red color given by the Calabrian chilli pepper and the pepper sauce. It is made from carefully overwintered and degreased pork, leaving only a small amount of fat to give an excellent balance between taste and softness, excellent cooking aroma given by wild fennel.

Employment advice
Excellent grilled, dipped in sauce, pan-fried with red wine, crumbled with pasta and crumbled for any filling.
