- Olive oil
- Tomato sauce
- Red onion
- Smoked ricotta or pecorino
Put some oil in a pan with the finely chopped onion and the crumbled sausage.
Fry for a few minutes and blend with the white wine, add the tomato puree.
Cook for about 50 minutes on low heat.
Cook the pasta in salted water.
Drain it al dente and sauté with the sauce for a few minutes adding ricotta or pecorino of your choice.
